AI Processing and Chart Analysis

TradeTalkerAI uses artificial intelligence and related technology to provide educational and analytical tools concerning trading and financial markets.

When you request an analysis, chart screenshots, images, ticker information, text, and related request information may be transmitted to third-party AI, cloud-computing, or technology service providers as necessary to process the request and generate a response.

TradeTalkerAI may retain limited information concerning analysis requests, generated results, usage, performance, diagnostics, and related activity when reasonably necessary to operate, secure, troubleshoot, administer, evaluate, and improve the Services.

You should not include unnecessary personal, confidential, or sensitive information in screenshots, charts, text, or other material submitted for analysis.

TradeTalkerAI does not require your brokerage username, brokerage password, bank credentials, or brokerage account credentials in order to perform its standard chart-analysis functions. You should never submit such credentials in a chart screenshot, analysis request, support message, or other communication with TradeTalkerAI.

AI-generated output may be inaccurate or incomplete and should not be treated as financial, investment, tax, legal, or other professional advice. All trading and investment decisions remain your responsibility.

Customer Accounts, Subscriptions, and Credits

TradeTalkerAI may maintain a customer account after a subscription is canceled, expires, or otherwise becomes inactive, or after purchased or promotional credits expire.

Expiration or cancellation of a subscription or credits does not automatically delete the customer’s TradeTalkerAI account.

We may retain account and transaction information so that customers can reactivate their account, purchase additional credits, restore eligible access, review applicable account information, receive customer support, and maintain continuity of service.

Certain information may also be retained for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, legal compliance, and legitimate business purposes.

Access to particular TradeTalkerAI features, software functions, reports, or protected website content may depend on the customer’s current subscription, valid unexpired credits, promotional access, or other applicable entitlement.

Payments and Transactions

Payments for TradeTalkerAI subscriptions, credit top-ups, and other purchases may be processed through Stripe or other payment service providers.

TradeTalkerAI does not store complete credit card numbers or card security codes. Payment information is submitted to and processed by the applicable payment provider.

TradeTalkerAI may receive and retain information associated with a transaction, such as your email address, customer or payment-provider identifier, transaction identifier, purchase amount, product or plan purchased, payment status, subscription status, billing status, and related transaction information.
