How to Setup Your Charts to Match Your Trading Style

TradeTalkerAI works best when your chart matches the type of trade you’re trying to take.

Whether you’re into the fast pace of scalping and intraday trading, or looking for multi-day or longer trend analyses, tradetalkerai needs to see your chart.

The better it can see the price, indicators and other data, the better analysis it can perform.

Any windows open and above your chart could block tradetalkerai’s view and should be moved out of the way.

Each mode is designed for a specific style:

Best for: Seconds to minutes
Goal: Catch quick moves and momentum bursts

  • 1-minute or 2-minute chart
  • Level 2 visible (required)
  • VWAP
  • EMA 9 and EMA 21
  • Volume bars
  • Time & Sales (optional)
  • Avoid RSI/MACD (keep chart clean)

How It Works

SCALP mode focuses on:

  • Immediate price movement
  • Bid/ask pressure
  • Micro breakouts
  • Quick support/resistance reactions

It uses 3 screenshots to detect real-time movement and momentum shifts.

🔄 SWING Mode

Best for: 2–10 day holds
Goal: Catch continuation moves and structured breakouts

How It Works

SWING mode focuses on:

  • Trend structure (higher highs/lows)
  • Pullbacks to support
  • Breakouts from consolidation
  • Multi-day continuation

It uses 2 screenshots to confirm structure and direction.

Best for: Weeks to months
Goal: Identify strong long-term bullish trends

  • 50 EMA / 200 EMA (or SMA)
  • RSI
  • MACD
  • Major support/resistance levels
  • 6-month to 2-year visible range
  • No Level 2

  • Momentum indicators (RSI/MACD)

It uses 1 screenshot because long-term structure matters more than short-term movement.

How It Works
